The Log Automatically Calculates:

Click on any the download link and save the file to your computer in a place you can find it - your desktop or documents folder, for example.

READ ME ~ FROM THE DIRECTONS FOR USING THIS TRAINING LOG

The main focus of this log is for tracking your daily running mileage for one or two workouts daily. It has evolved into a comprehensive training log that includes the ability to track and analyze data for cycling, swimming, calories, weight, heart rate, training plans, races, shoes and bikes.

The log tracks your data for workout times and calculates your pace per mile. It will accrue your weekly, monthly, and yearly total distance. It will create a chart for your weekly running mileage. It will track the number of mileage you have on up to six pairs of shoes and six bikes. If you have a little Excel knowledge, most functions are fairly self-explanatory. If you measure your distances in kilometers, just enter them and all the formulas will work just fine; pace per kilo will result instead of per mile, for example.

Enter as much or as little information as you like, using the tabs below to access the worksheets. Some explanation is written on the worksheets and some is revealed through mouseover comments. There is currently sample data entered on some worksheets for illustration, which you should delete or over-write. Some content is locked to prevent accidental overwriting of critical formulas, but there is no password to unprotect.
