Dear Log Users ~ This is important:

Download Help: 

Click on any the download link and save the file to your computer in a place you can find it - your desktop or documents folder, for example.

Depending on your browser and system configuration, you may have to choose to save or open the file.

If you get a prompt for a password, just click cancel.

Your browser and Operating System may simply open the file in Excel or your browser.  I suggest if this is the case, right click the link and choose to "save target as"....

Open the file with your MS Excel compatible spreadsheet program.  Enter your data daily.
